Rayan Krab
Managing Partner
A seasoned legal professional specializing in startup law, contracts, and alternative dispute resolution.
Rayan brings years of experience in helping young companies navigate the complexities of business law, ensuring they are protected from both legal and financial risks.
After graduating from the University of London with a bachelor in law and a specialization in international commercial arbitration and international and English trade law, Rayan started working at top-tier international law firms before moving to the legal department of a small Swiss company. This gives him the perspective and skills of working for both small companies and big multinationals. He also had a fintech startup himself which he later departed from after a year of being its CEO.
Rayan is now partner at Juris Legal Advisors and focuses his practice on helping companies resolve disputes in the most efficient manner depending on the nature of the dispute. He also advises companies on international sale of goods transactions, from trade finance to import and export regulations, making sure companies’ interests are protected and that their transactions are legally compliant.
He provides clients with legal advice in English, French and Arabic on a diverse array of matters including commercial contracts, dispute resolution, trade law, and startup law.
Narges Keshavarz Bahadori
Legal Advisor
Narges is a legal professional specialized in contract drafting and negotiations as well as commercial dispute resolution.
She is also experienced in sports-related dispute settlement, and in energy contracts.
She has obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law and in International and Comparative Law from University of Lausanne, Switzerland, where she is currently pursuing her doctoral studies.
Prior to this, Narges earned her first Bachelor’s in law and Master’s in International Economic and Trade Law from University of Tehran, Iran.
Currently she is a PhD candidate at University of Lausanne, at the Center of Comparative, European and International Law, where she writes her thesis on Blockchain-based Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.
Narges has worked as legal consultant in law firms in Switzerland and in Iran focusing her practice on both contract law and commercial disputes, and energy and sports-related arbitrations.
Narges currently works as research assistant at the University of Lausanne and is a freelancer consultant at Juris Legal Advisors.
She provides clients with legal advice in English, French, German, and Persian on a diverse array of matters including commercial contracts, dispute resolution, trade law, and sector-specific issues in energy and sports.
Karim Abouayyad
Legal Advisor
Karim is a seasoned legal professional based in the UAE. He specializes in corporate law with a focus on corporate governance, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
Karim graduated from the University of London with a bachelors of law and specialised in international financial law. Karim began working at a multinational law firm before honing his skills as legal counsel in a multinational pharmaceutical company. Therefore, Karim has a unique perspective and skillset from working in both in private practice and as in-house counsel.
Karim is a partner at Juris Legal Advisors and focuses his practice on assisting companies in all aspects of corporate law, including incorporating companies, handling mergers and acquisitions and advising on governance and compliance to ensure alignment with their respective jurisdictions. Karim often assists startups through the process of securing investment, whether through venture capital, private equity or angel investors.
Karim provides clients with legal advice in English and Arabic on a wide range of legal matters including contract negotiations and drafting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and dispute resolution.
