Meet the Founder
Rayan Krab
Founder & Legal Consultant
Rayan founded Juris Legal Advisors to give growing businesses clear, commercially minded legal advice, with the scope and fee agreed up front.
He holds an LLB from the University of London, with further training in international commercial arbitration and international trade law.
He began his career in international law firms in Geneva, Doha and Beirut, working on high-value commercial and trade disputes. That work taught him how contracts actually fail, and how to draft them so they don't.
He then moved in-house as legal counsel in Switzerland, drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with major brands. Since then he has advised companies and boutique law firms on commercial contracts, international trade and dispute strategy.
